Purchasing Executive/ Assistant (Purchasing - JP Market)
Responsibilities:

- Daily communication and coordination with internal and external parties in Japan, Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Follow up the purchasing issue from order inquiry until shipments
- Material Assurance Liability control
- Update section file and prepare regular reports
- Daily documentation jobs regarding PO & CO
Requirements:

- Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken in Japanese (Level 2 of JLPT is a must), English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, must be skillful in Japanese input
- Mature character and energetic

Sales Admin Clerk (1-Year Contract)
Responsibilities:

- Provide daily administrative support to Online team and cooperate with different internal department for whole operation process
- Work closely with warehouse for all replenishments and allocations related issues
- Maintain inventory control in optimize level
- Update Master file & price list, prepare for internal audit documents and consolidate data for monthly sales report
- Prepare Labels & samples and arrange replacement for customer support team
Requirements:

- Form 5, DSE or above
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in production process, preferably in Toy industry & Online business
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency PC skills in MS Word, Outlook and Chinese Word processing
- Strong MS Excel skill (vlookup, Pivot table) is an advantage

Sales Admin Clerks (Hobby Products)
Responsibilities:

- To Assist Salesman & Purchasing team
- To Issue P/O, C/O & provide Label instruction to factory
- To handle clerical Job (eg. Item Master, Order Summary, Inventory list, Master file)
- Coordinate with internal dept. and Vendor for whole production processing (License pre-production checking, Quotation checking, Lab Test arrangement, factory invoice checking)
- Prepare purchase & sales internal audit document
- Sample arrangement (eg: license sample, marketing sample, replacement sample)
- Consign warning label / License sticker / promotion materials to factory
- Communicate with outsource Vendor for event material arrangement (eg: Poster / Sticker / Leaflet)
- Monitoring production status, checking QCI and shipment schedules make sure on time delivery before the launching schedule
- Communicate with warehouse for arrange sample Stock in / Out
Requirements:

- Form 5, HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- At least 2 year’s relevant experience in production process.
- Knowledge of Toys business / merchandising will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Excel (e.g.: pivot table, VLookup), Chinese Word processing, and experience in SAP system as well
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned may be required
- Strong communication, negotiation, able to work under pressure and positive approach with a can-do attitude, mature, detail minded

Legal and Company Secretarial Assistant (1 year contract)
Responsibilities:

- Assist in the legal related project
- Handle company secretarial matters, including drafting minutes, correspondences and filing

Requirements:

Legal Officer
Responsibilities:

Draft and Review the agreements, memorandum, correspondences, terms and conditions etc
•Provide legal advices on China business issues
•Work with other departments to identify the legal risks in business and provide legal advices for china business
•Ensure compliance of laws and regulations of China
•Manage the legal contracts, correspondences and lawsuits for china business
•Liaise with governmental authorities and officers in china
Requirements:

University graduate in legal studies. Corporate Governance or relevant subjects
•3 – 4 years’ experience in China business legal background
•Detail minded, aggressive, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
•Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin

•Based in HK, Frequently travel to China (around 3 days per week)

Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable)
Responsibilities:

- Support Accounts Payable (if necessary) including data entry, documents filing, prepare daily payments by cheque and remittance via eBanking systems
- Assist in month-end closing (including following up of PnL breakdown & BS schedules)
- Prepare journals
- Ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above in Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- With strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline with high accuracy
- Independent, well organized and self-motivated
- Able to work in a dynamic working environment and works well under pressure
- Strong PC skills in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English

- To prepare of large volume of debit notes and credit notes and verification of supporting documents
- To answer billing enquires and resolve disputes with internal and external customers
- To support in handling AR and AP daily operation, including AR collection and AP refund
- To prepare accounting journals and vouchers
- To assist in month-end closing
- To handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above in accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in invoicing
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, stable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good PC Skills in MS Office Excel + Word & Chinese word processing
